1.Full registration fee covers:(Author only) publication fee + meeting sessions on June 9-11 + 2 coffee breaks, 1 lunch, 1 dinner on June 10+ conference kits.
2.Tutorials should be registered individually.
3.Tutorial Registration includes all tutorials sessions + lunch on June 10.
4.Presenter means authors who attend one day conference only+ can present a paper by oral/ poster.
5.If the paper exceeds 5 pages, the additional pages will be charged.
6.Student registration applicants should provide student identity.
7.Printed program, attendance certificate, souvenir.. will be provided on the conference site.
8.The conference online payment system will not charge any extra fee, but the credit card payment may incur a few currency exchange commission fee which is charged by cardholder'bank, it should be borne by the cardholder.
9.For international bank transfer payment, bank charges borne by the applicant.
10.The papers will be published online.
11.For "No shows", the registration fee is nonrefundable.
12. Cancellation policy: The applicant should send the refund/cancellation requests before 11 May 2023. Cancellations will incur a US$100 administrative fee. NO refunds can be provided after this date.
13. A registration fee is required for attending the conference according to the table above. The payment will be charged as USD (United States Dollar) from your transaction. Thus, an additional minor currency purchase fee may apply to your credit card statement, the charge shall be borne by the participants.

Organizer Statement:
1, The organizer reserves the right to adjust the conference date and venue due to any unexpected circumstances or force majeure events.
2, Participants are required to wearing the name tag when attend the conference. Non-participants without name tags are not allowed to enter the conference area if not permitted.
3, Please take good care of all your belongings in the public area on the conference site. The conference organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage of property.
